Hey so your problem is that your fighting radius is too large. Make it smaller to contain it in the room with the flesh crawlers. Right now, it sees you as in the fighting area but there are no available npcs because of the doors.

When it withdraws 10 coins, it is trying to navigate to the slayer master to purchase a gem. Are you a members account on a members world?

Where were you fighting crabs at?

Sounds like crabclaw island is not supported in the web walker. Will log it as a webwalker bug. As for why it is trying to go the bank, have you selected your food type in the settings?
