Hi, I am unable to login in the client. Keeps saying my username or pasword are wrong. I can login in the epicbot site but not in the client. Can someone help me with this?

I tried it on an new account, for some reason after banking it will not go inside the wintertod it keeps clicking on te minimap to walk to the door but it is already at the door
