Had this issue yesterday morning but it was resolved after a little while. Same issue this morning.

Did you go straight to botting nothing but mining? Were you in members or non members? Did you have any quests done? If you're botting and you look like a bot, they will catch you. I'm still learning what I can get away with, but what I've gathered is botting in f2p is pretty much a death sentence.

Does not want to bank sapphire rings after enchanting them. Opens bank and just sits there.

I had the issue this morning, then it worked for a while, and now its happening again.
